Thanks to the RENZ HT 330 L, suitable for the small office environment, the RENZ HT 330 Dual for medium to heavy users, and the RENZ HT330 P for professional users, there is now a reliable, long lasting pouch laminator choice for all types of users. The new models are easy to use and deliver a perfect finish. Ideal for the small office environment as well as copy shops with high volumes, the three models laminate sizes up to A3 and offer a range of advanced features. Larger Wire Size in 3:1 Pitch Now AvailableHave you ever had a document that was just a little too big to fit into the largest 3:1 pitch wire size of 14.3mm? Well RENZ has now made a larger size in 3:1 pitch – 16mm. This means you can still use your 3:1 pitch wire binding machine for that thicker document. RENZ has released the larger pitch wire size to give users greater flexibility and convenience. The standard 3:1 pitch wire normally stops at 14.3mm or a 12mm thick book block, which is typically about 110 pages of standard 80gsm paper plus covers. The new 16mm pitch wire allows users to now bind up to 120 pages using their same 3:1 pitch binding machine.
Although RENZ offers a complete range of wire sizes in all pitches, many customers may only have an office machine that can punch 3:1 pitch format. Further evidence of this is the recently released RENZ Autobind 500HS, a new automatic wire binding machine that binds up to an incredible 1700 books per hour. The AB500HS is equipped with a shingle conveyor to collect the books after binding so that your operator can reach optimal speed.
The RENZ AB500HS delivers versatility and high productivity to meet the needs of a wide variety of production situations including book blocks up to 500mm wide as well as calendars and skip binding. It handles all wire pitches and binds all wire sizes up to 28.5mm. It is also perfect for photo calendar applications. Highly flexible, the AB500HS comes with an optional calendar hanger forming and inserting unit. It also features a new optional automatic cover turner unit which can be attached to the conveyor.
